Really appreciate the clear communication Brianna and Omar have in the front office. They explained everything and helped me understand the repairs. They worked directly with my warranty company and got everything fixed quickly and correctly. I’ve been to lots of auto shops over the years and I will say that Dirks has the best quality of work that I’ve ever seen, every repair included pictures of what they worked on and included in my invoices via email. The honesty in which Dirks conducts business is AAA+ !! Definitely earned new customers with our family and I will refer anyone who needs auto repair to this shop👍
