My 2002 Honda Odyssey was having transmission issues, which ultimately required replacing the transmission with a rebuilt unit. The staff at Dirk's was thorough in diagnosing and completing the necessary work . Although I am mobility challenged, they did not hesitate to accommodate my needs in picking up and returning the vehicle to my home.

Carol, Thank you for the good review we really appreciate it. We look forward to servicing your vehicle in the future. Please just give us a call if you need anything.

Great customer service...questions answered on the spot because they know what they're doing...no "run-around."

The staff was friendly. I'm not sure if I was given a competitive price so let's assume I did and that Dirk's didn't take advantage of my car mechanic ignorance.

Came in for one problem but they found another, more of a serious one that we were not aware of. The problem was fixed as well as the less serious one all in one day. This old car drives great now.

I mentioned to people that I was taking my Tundra into Dirks after calling around for an idea of how much the job was likely to cost. A couple people mentioned the prices were high; but Summer end of August on Monday the Toyota dealer estimated between $1700 and $2000 to replace the clutch kit; $1150 at Dirks. Another shop in town quoted $2000 to get it done by the following Monday. Dropped off on Tuesday; Dirks had it done by Thursday. They were professional, and courteous with no string attached.
