Outstanding customer service and great work. They rebuilt the transmission on my Jeep Rubicon and it has never shifted smoother. I am very pleased. During the week they were working on my car I injured my leg and was immobilized. I was not able to go to the shop and pick it up so they delivered my Jeep to me in upper Magalia. That's over a 40 mile round trip! They went above and beyond and they definitely made me feel like an appreciated customer. Breanna and Drew were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Dirk's.

After being jerked around by some local mechanics, who didn't solve the problem with my diesel van, I was relieved to have found Dirk's. The mechanics there thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle, and, step by step, got it up and running in good form. Thank goodness.
