Oroville and Chico Auto Repair

Thanks so much for doing a great job and amazing customer service. I could not have had the work done without the shuttle service, financing and the explanation of what exactly needed to be done. I even had a compliment on how great my truck's rear-end looked :)

We had a major transmission failure while up in Oroville at our kids house in end of November 2014. Ron called Dirks late after closing and was told we could have our SUV towed in the next day. We left it at Dirks and rented a car to drive back to the bay area. Brenda at Dirks called us and kept us completely informed about the problems with our transmission. They worked with us to help keep the costs down on rebuilding our transmission. They did an exceptional job. They provided us with excellent service and a one year warranty on the repair! Everyone we spoke with at Dirks was very informed, trustworthy, explained the repair thoroughly and very friendly! I recommend anyone with Transmission problems to go to Dirks.

The folks at Dirks were courteous and replaced my torque converter for less than the estimate.
