Took my used (new to me) Toyota Tundra to Dirks for my first oil change. When I picked up the truck, the service tech. alerted me about a Toyota recall issue on my Tundra and I need to go to a Toyota dearer to get the recall (computer/braking) fixed. I thought that was neat that they informed me about the recall. I take all my vehicles to Dirks for service/repair; because they are the best at what they do. Customer satisfaction is always number. one.
