Oroville and Chico Auto Repair

While my car was taken care of and runs great, I could have used some more calls on it's progress. A call the second night would have been nice letting me know that it would not be ready first thing and that there was a few hours of work left on it.

I took our 350 diesel truck to Dirks and had an oil leak repaired. The woman there was so nice and professional. She called me when she said she would to explain everything that would be done and gave me an estimate. When the final bill came in it was less than quoted which made us very happy. The office staff at Dirks has always been great, They are personable and remember my name every time I come in! Also the whole team is great at making things understandable! Love them! I've been going to Jack (on of their mechanics) for years and he has always been amazing!!! It's a little bit more pricey than other places in town but its worth it because I can really trust them.
