Great service, professional interaction. The work was finished ahead of schedule, right on the estimate. Dirk's has had a great reputation for about 40 years that I know of. My Dad was a mechanic, and he took his cars there when he wasn't able to do it himself. Doug and his crew are the best I know of.

I took my Volvo in for transmission service. I was surprised at how long it took for my car to be repaired and returned to me. However, I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided. Every effort was made to assure me that although detecting the exact problem was very difficult but my car would not be released until it was 100%. They went above and beyond to take me to a medical appointment and pick me up; they also retrieved my fabric softener from the trunk and brought it to me (this was very important to me) and kept me informed constantly on the status of my car. When the repairs were completed I was again picked up and brought in to pick her up. The Volvo had been washed, waxed and vacuumed inside. I hope I never have such a difficult problem with the car again but if I do I'll go to Dirks.
