I had a good experience with Dirks. They were recommended as a place to go for transmissions. I had mine replaced and then experienced issues a year and a half later. They were completely willing to deal with the problem and they were courteous in our conversations over the phone.

Great service and very professional to resolve a band adjustment on my 1989 Chrysler TC. I was told by three other shops in Chico that my transmission was just fine and the 'clunking' sound when shifting was normal for my car year and model.
