Oroville and Chico Auto Repair

The check engine light on our Mitsibishi came on as we were driving home from Reno on Sunday. We stopped by on Monday and were given an appointment for Tues. The problem was found and resolved in a timely mannor. Once again we are pleased and happy with both the work and treatment we recieved at Dirk's.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Dirks Team. They were very thorough and alerted me to all issues that needed to be dealt with on my truck. I will be using them for my maintenance from here on.

I have found their auto technicians to be very knowledgeable and well trained. Bottom line; I know they will fix my vehicle and their customer service is outstanding.

Dirks replaced the fuel pump in my 01 Chevy PU. Very pleased with their work and customer service. I will use them again and I would recomend their shop to friends and family.

As a trucker, these guys really worked with me. They let me leave the vehicle with them for an extended time with no complaints. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional. We brought another vehicle in previously and told them the transmission went out. They changed the filters and returned the vehicle in excellent working condition. They could have ripped us off by rebuilding the trans and we wouldn't have known better. Extremely honest!!!

Staff was helpful and quick to understand the problem. Repairs completed quicker than expected.
