They were very through and went through the whole car and did a good job. Bad points paid them $50 to check the brakes including how far out of round the rotors were and didn't do it. I had told them on the worksheet about the car shifting late at 55 and no one even looked at it. Just the little charges charge to flush the system when they're putting in new parts just little things.
Seems like a miscommunication. We did perform a brake inspection at no charge and did find the rotor specification to be close to minimum. Whether machined or replaced, a run-out measurement is irrelevant. We did perform a test drive and system scan for the transmission concern- could not verify concern and no codes stored indicating an issue. It was communicated to return with the vehicle when it was acting up and we would recheck at no charge. Part manufacturers require system flushes when components are replaced to honor the warranty on the product. We do appreciate you choosing us and taking the time to communicate with us.
